Uniciti Office Park continues to grow in the heart of the smart city of the Medine Group. Eight modern buildings, spreading over 9,000 m2, added up to the first phase of 6,500 m2, delivered in 2015. Uniciti Office Park now covers more than 15,000 m2, including 17 low-rise buildings and features an occupancy rate of 90%, of which 75% of tenants are foreign companies, employing Mauritians mainly.
These companies are involved in various industries, and particularly in financial services, Business Process Outsourcing and range in size from local, small and medium-size enterprises to multinationals.

The brand new and second phase of the Office Park also hosts a cafeteria, as well as additional covered and non-covered parking spaces.
The Office Park is set to grow in the short term; with 700 employees currently working in phases 1 and 2, this figure should rise to 1,000. The Medine Group also plans major development on an additional 30 hectares to accommodate new phases and business-related projects. This whole development has been earmarked over an area of 145,000 m2.
