Student Life Residences is launching its Phase 2

This new modern building of 192 rooms, including a variety of facilities such as green spaces, free Wi-Fi, a laundry room and a common room, will be located just a stone throw from Cascavelle Shopping Village, SPARC sport centre, Student Life Restaurant, universities or the future Magenta Park currently under construction.

Delivered in 2015, the first phase of Student Life Residences is the first student housing facility of its kind to open in Mauritius, providing a 144-bed accommodation, ranging from studios to shared apartments. Beyond bedding facilities, the residences offer amenities for an enhanced student experience. A second phase is scheduled to accommodate more students.
