A gated morcellement next to the Smart City

A new gated residential project will settle next to the existing Green Creek morcellement and the future University campus, offering magnificent sea views and the Black River mountain range.

469 plots of average size 176 toises will be developed within this project, coupled with architectural guidelines (Cahier des Charges).

This residential area will benefit from all the developments in the Smart City:

  • A complete education offer, from nursery to prestigious tertiary institutions.
  • A state-of-art sports centre;
  • A shopping mall with a shopping area of more than 10,000m²;
  • A Green Park, an Art Station and a Kart Track;
  • A Business Park currently under expansion;
  • A Transport Hub; and
  • Cycling and jogging tracks that will connect all the major components of the smart city

Various entertainment options are also available within close distance: horse riding at Cavalia, golf at Tamarina, leisure at Casela and the Kart Track, without missing the beautiful beaches of Flic en Flac.
