Green Park & Art Station

Green outdoor space

Uniciti advocates for natural landscapes and green outdoor settings, to create the appropriate environment for families, students and the entire community to enjoy. Its green park in the making, will be an ideal open-air setting with captivating water features, attuned to the surrounding environment.

It will also encapsulate a dedicated Art Station around which 15 hectares of forest will be planted.

Art Station

Art Station

Acting as a melting pot of cultures, the Art Station within the green park will provide a platform of choice for art lovers with a host of venues including a music school, bars and restaurants. It will regularly accommodate special events such as concerts, shows and exhibitions.

A concert hall will also emerge as a special feature of the station and will serve as a venue for international performances. The Art Station will be solely accessible on foot, with plenty of parking available nearby. The streetscape will be further enlivened with plenty of kiosks, shops, and restaurants.

Magenta Promenade

Magenta Promenade

The Magenta Promenade is a sixty-metre wide and 400-metre long stretch that will be bordered by multiple trees and shrubs. It  will connect to the entrance of the new underground passage that now links SPARC sports centre to Uniciti Education Hub campus.

Magenta Promenade will, in due course, include walkways and cyclable paths, a two-metre wide watercourse bordered by lawns, all of which will emphasise the long lineal perspective of this aquatic feature. The Promenade is due for completion by mid-2019.
